Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Commission may constitute committees for the purpose of assisting the Commission in the performance of its functions and the exercise of its powers.
(2) A committee may be constituted:
(a) wholly by members; or
(b) wholly by persons who are not members; or
(c) partly by members and partly by other persons.
(3) The terms and conditions of appointment of members of a committee, and the procedures under which a committee is to operate, are to be as determined by the Commission from time to time.
(4) Remuneration and allowances (if any) to which a member of a committee is entitled as such a member are to be paid out of the money of the Commission.
