NATIONAL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING REGULATOR ACT 2011 - SECT 118

    A person commits an offence if:

  (a)   the person purports to issue a VET qualification; and

  (b)   the person is not a registered training organisation.

Penalty:   1,500 penalty units.
