NATIONAL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING REGULATOR ACT 2011 - SECT 126

    A person commits an offence if:

  (a)   the person purports to issue a qualification as a VET qualification; and

  (b)   the qualification is not a VET qualification.

Penalty:   1,500 penalty units.
