NATIONAL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING REGULATOR ACT 2011 - SECT 139

    If the Federal Court or the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division   2) orders a person to pay a pecuniary penalty, the Commonwealth may enforce the order as if it were a judgment of the court.
