Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The National VET Regulator must make the Regulator's decision on reconsideration of a decision within 120 days after receiving an application for reconsideration.
(2) The National VET Regulator is taken, for the purposes of
this Part, to have made a decision affirming the original decision if the
Regulator has not informed the applicant of the Regulator's decision on
the reconsideration before the end of the period of 120 days.
