NATIONAL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING REGULATOR ACT 2011 - SECT 228
Continuity of partnerships
For the purposes of the application of this Act to a
partnership, a change in the composition of the partnership does not affect
the continuity of the partnership.
