OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY (MARITIME INDUSTRY) ACT 1993 - SECT 4B
Declarations that a vessel or structure is or is not a prescribed unit
(1) The Minister may by legislative instrument declare a vessel
or structure to be a prescribed unit.
(2) The Minister may by legislative instrument declare a vessel
or structure not to be a prescribed unit.
