OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY (MARITIME INDUSTRY) ACT 1993 - SECT 53
Powers of health and safety representatives to be exercised for the purposes of promoting or ensuring health and safety
The powers of a health and safety representative under sections
48 to 52 (inclusive) may only be exercised for the purposes of
promoting and ensuring the health and safety at work for the employees in the
designated work group.
