Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The responsible Commonwealth Minister may, by notice published in the Gazette , declare that a specified facility, structure or installation in a greenhouse gas injection licence area is a declared greenhouse gas facility for the purposes of this Act.
(2) A declaration under subsection (1) has effect accordingly.
