Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A petroleum access authority authorises the registered holder, in accordance with the conditions (if any) to which the authority is subject, to carry on, in the authority area, the operations specified in the authority.
(2) A petroleum access authority does not authorise the registered holder to make a well.
(3) The rights conferred on the registered holder by subsection
(1) are subject to this Act and the regulations.
