Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Joint Authority may grant a written petroleum scientific investigation consent authorising a person to carry on, in the offshore area, petroleum exploration operations in the course of a scientific investigation.
(2) The person is the holder of the consent.
