OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE ACT 2006 - SECT 3

    The object of this Act is to provide an effective regulatory framework for:

  (a)   petroleum exploration and recovery; and

  (b)   the injection and storage of greenhouse gas substances;

in offshore areas.
