Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) For the purposes of this Act, the position on the surface of the Earth of a graticular section or block is to be determined by reference to the Australian Geodetic Datum.
Note: Australian Geodetic Datum is defined in section 38.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply for the purposes of
describing, in a title or other instrument under this Act, the position on the
surface of the Earth of a point, line or area.
