Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A greenhouse gas search authority comes into force on the day specified in the authority as the day on which the authority is to come into force.
(2) A greenhouse gas search authority remains in force for the period specified in the authority.
(3) The period specified under subsection (2) must not be longer than 180 days.
(4) Subsection (2) has effect subject to this Chapter.
