Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A greenhouse gas special authority comes into force on the day specified in the authority as the day on which the authority is to come into force.
(2) A greenhouse gas special authority remains in force for the period specified in the authority, but may be extended by the responsible Commonwealth Minister for a further specified period.
(3) Subsection (2) has effect subject to this Chapter.
