OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE ACT 2006 - SECT 449A

NOPSEMA to notify the Titles Administrator of grounds for cancellation of title

    If NOPSEMA reasonably believes that there is a ground for cancelling:

  (a)   a greenhouse gas assessment permit; or

  (b)   a greenhouse gas holding lease; or

  (c)   a greenhouse gas injection licence;

NOPSEMA must notify the Titles Administrator of:

  (d)   the belief; and

  (e)   the reasons for the belief.
