Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(a) a security is in force in relation to:
(i) a greenhouse gas assessment permit; or
(ii) a greenhouse gas holding lease; or
(iii) a greenhouse gas injection licence; and
(b) a transfer of the permit, lease or licence is registered under section 530;
(c) the interest of the transferor in the security is, by force of this section, transferred to the transferee; and
(d) a document setting out or relating to the security has
effect, after the transfer, as if a reference in the document to the
transferor were a reference to the transferee.
