OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE ACT 2006 - SECT 461

No conditions about payment of money

    There must not be included in:

  (a)   a greenhouse gas assessment permit; or

  (b)   a greenhouse gas holding lease; or

  (c)   a greenhouse gas injection licence;

a condition requiring the payment of money to the responsible Commonwealth Minister, the Commonwealth or the Cross - boundary Authority.
