Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) One of the parties to a proposed transfer of a title may apply to the Titles Administrator for approval of the transfer.
(2) An application must be made in an approved manner.
Note: Section 516A requires the application to be accompanied by an application fee.
(3) The Titles Administrator must publish on the
Titles Administrator's website a copy of the instrument of approval
referred to in subsection (2).
