Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) An application for approval of a transfer must be made within:
(a) 90 days after the day on which the party who last executed the instrument of transfer so executed the instrument of transfer; or
(b) such longer period as the Titles Administrator allows.
(2) The Titles Administrator may allow a longer period under
paragraph (1)(b) only if there are sufficient grounds to warrant
allowing the longer period.
