Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If the rights of the registered holder of a particular title have devolved on a person by operation of law, the person may apply to the Titles Administrator to have the person's name entered in the Register as the holder of the title.
(2) The application must be in writing.
