Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA dealing is of no force, in so far as the dealing would have an effect of a kind referred to in the table in section 537 in relation to a particular title, until:
(a) the Titles Administrator has approved the dealing, in so far as it relates to that title; and
(b) the Titles Administrator has made an entry in the Register in relation to the dealing under section 544.
