Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) All communications to or by the responsible Commonwealth Minister under or for the purposes of this Act or the regulations are to be made through the Titles Administrator.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a communication to or by the responsible Commonwealth Minister in his or her capacity as, or as a member of, the Joint Authority for an offshore area.
