Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf NOPSEMA obtains offshore information or a thing in the course of the exercise of a power, or the performance of a function, under this Act, NOPSEMA may use the offshore information or thing for the purpose of exercising any power, or performing any function, under this Act.
