Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The courts of the States are invested with federal jurisdiction in relation to matters arising under:
(a) this Act; and
(b) the regulations.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to matters arising under the applied provisions.
(3) Jurisdiction is invested under subsection (1) within
the limits (other than limits of locality) of the jurisdiction of the court
(whether those limits are limits as to subject matter or otherwise).
