Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe regulations may, to the extent to which this Act does not do so, provide for the exercise of Australia's rights under international law in relation to:
(a) the injection of a greenhouse gas substance into a part of a geological formation, where that part is wholly situated within the territorial limits of the Commonwealth and the Territories; and
(b) the storage of a greenhouse gas substance in a
part of a geological formation, where that part is wholly situated
within the territorial limits of the Commonwealth and the Territories.
