Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Changes to an industry code are to be achieved by replacing the code instead of varying the code.
(2) If the replacement code differs only in minor respects from the original code, section 1 40 has effect, in relation to the registration of the code, as if paragraphs 140 (1)(e) and (f) of this Division had not been enacted.

codes.
