ONLINE SAFETY ACT 2021 - SECT 150

Industry standards prevail over inconsistent industry codes

    If an industry code is:

  (a)   registered under this Division; and

  (b)   applicable to a person;

the code has no effect to the extent to which it is inconsistent with an industry standard that is:

  (c)   registered under this Division; and

  (d)   applicable to the person.
