•   A civil penalty provision in this Act is enforceable under Part   4 of the Regulatory Powers (Standard Provisions) Act 2014 .

•   The following enforcement powers are available:

  (a)   infringement notices;

  (b)   enforceable undertakings;

  (c)   injunctions.
