Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Commissioner may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, engage persons to assist the Commissioner to perform the Commissioner's functions and exercise the Commissioner's powers.
(2) The persons are to be engaged on the terms and conditions that the Commissioner determines in writing.
(3) When performing services for the Commissioner, a person
engaged under subsection ( 1) is subject to the directions of the
Commissioner.
