ONLINE SAFETY ACT 2021 - SECT 186

    To avoid doubt, the Commissioner is not subject to direction by:

  (a)   the ACMA; or

  (b)   a member or associate member of the ACMA; or

  (c)   a member of the staff of the ACMA;

in relation to the performance of a function, or the exercise of a power, by the Commissioner.
