Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If a person is examined by the Commissioner or a delegate of the Commissioner, a record must be made of the examination and the person is entitled to be given a written copy of the record.
(2) If the record of the examination of a person is made in
electronic form, the person is, if the person so requests, to be given a copy
of the record in that form.
