ONLINE SAFETY ACT 2021 - SECT 9

             (1)  For the purposes of this Act, material that depicts abhorrent violent conduct means material that is:

                     (a)  audio material; or

                     (b)  visual material; or

                     (c)  audio-visual material;

that records or streams abhorrent violent conduct.

             (2)  For the purposes of subsection (1), it is immaterial whether the material has been altered.
