Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Where, at the hearing of proceedings under this Act, a
registered patent attorney attends in court for the purpose of assisting a
party in the conduct of the hearing and an order is made for payment of the
costs of that party, those costs may include an allowance for that attendance.
