Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person upon whom a summons under section 13 has been served shall not fail to appear or to continue in attendance in obedience to the summons.
(2) Subsection ( 1) does not apply if the person proves that he or she has a reasonable excuse.
