Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Chair and other members of the Committee shall be paid such allowances as are prescribed.
(2) However, the prescribed allowances are not payable unless the Chair or Deputy Chair certifies in writing that they are payable.
(3) Prescribed allowances in respect of which such certification
has been given are payable out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, which is
appropriated accordingly.
