PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE ACT 2007 - SECT 15.1

What this Chapter is about

This Chapter contains the following incentives to encourage people to have private health insurance:

  (a)   reductions in premiums (see Division   23);

  (c)   lifetime health cover (see Part   2 - 3).
