Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) This Act does not exclude or limit the operation of a law of a State or Territory to the extent that the law is capable of operating concurrently with this Act.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to the * national unexplained wealth provisions.
