Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe court that made the * restraining order referred to in paragraph 92(1)(b) may declare that particular property has been forfeited under this Part if:
(a) the * responsible authority applies to the court for the declaration; and
(b) the court is satisfied that that property is forfeited under this Part.
