Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts"verification statement" means a written statement in the approved form:
(a) verifying the registration of a financing statement or a financing change statement (each of which is a registration event ) with respect to a security interest, other than a financing change statement registered under section 185 (removal of old data) or 186 (incorrectly removed data); and
(b) including other data (if any), including third party data
(see section 176C), approved by the Registrar for that form in relation
to the registration event, a secured party, a grantor, or collateral.
