Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to any applicable rules of court, a court must, in dealing with a PPS matter transferred to the court under section 211, apply rules of evidence and procedure that:
(a) are applied in any superior court; and
(b) the court considers appropriate to be applied in the circumstances.
(2) If a proceeding with respect to a PPS matter is transferred
under section 211 from a transferring court to another court, the other
court must deal with the proceeding as if, subject to any order of the
transferring court, the steps that had been taken for the purposes of the
proceeding in the transferring court (including the making of an order), or
similar steps, had been taken in the other court.
