PERSONAL PROPERTY SECURITIES ACT 2009 - SECT 273
Application of Act not affected by secured party having title to collateral
The fact that title to collateral is in a secured party rather
than a grantor does not affect the application of any provision of this Act
relating to rights, duties, obligations and remedies.
