Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf a notice or document is required or permitted to be given to a person for the purposes of this Act and the person is deceased, a copy of the notice or document must be given to:
(a) the legal personal representative of the deceased person; or
(b) on application by the person giving the notice, such person as a court directs.
