PERSONAL PROPERTY SECURITIES ACT 2009 - SECT 67
Priority when transferor - granted interest has been continuously perfected
The transferor - granted interest has priority if:
(a) it was perfected immediately before the transfer; and
(b) it has been continuously perfected since the transfer.
