Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) After the end of each financial year, the Merit Protection Commissioner must give a report to the Public Service Minister, for presentation to the Parliament, on the activities of the Merit Protection Commissioner during the year.
(3) The report must be included in the Australian Public Service Commissioner's annual report.
