RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1992 - SECT 197

    A person must not engage in conduct that will result, or is likely to result, in:

  (a)   substantial interference; or

  (b)   substantial disruption; or

  (c)   substantial disturbance;

to radiocommunications:

  (d)   within Australia; or

  (e)   between a place in Australia and a place outside Australia.

Civil penalty:   500 penalty units.
