RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1992 - SECT 214

    A person commits an offence if:

  (a)   the person has been issued with a direction under section   212; and

  (b)   the person engages in conduct; and

  (c)   the person's conduct contravenes the direction.

Penalty:   100 penalty units.
