RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1992 - SECT 224

    A restrictive order does not apply to:

  (a)   a broadcasting station; or

  (b)   a fixed transmitter the use or operation of which is essential to the operation of a broadcasting station;

unless the order is expressed so to apply.
