Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf, during a period of emergency, a Proclamation under subsection 219(1) declares that an emergency will exist during a later period commencing immediately after the end of the first - mentioned period, any restrictive order in force immediately before the end of the first - mentioned period (including an order in force by virtue of previous applications of this subsection) continues in force unless it is:
(a) revoked as provided for by subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 ; or
(b) disallowed under section 42 of the Legislation Act 2003 ; or
(c) set aside by a court.
