Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If a provision of this Act provides that an application must be made in a manner approved, in writing, by the ACMA, a manner approved by the ACMA may have the effect of requiring an application to be in an electronic form (for example, requiring an application to be made using an online system).
(2) Subsection (1) has effect despite anything in the
Electronic Transactions Act 1999 .
